2 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp canola oil
Directions:
1. Sift flour into a medium sized bowl. Add sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
2. Add milk, eggs, vanilla, and canola/vegetable oil
3. Mix all ingredients well (till it looks like pancake batter! Haha)
4. Cook!! You can choose the cooking method.
ENJOY!
They should be light, fluffy and delicious!
